Job Description:

Maintenance Technician
Pay: $21.00-$26.50/hr

Summary

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, machinery, and facility systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain injection molding machines, motors, conveyors, grinders, and tools.
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Review manuals and maintenance records to set service frequency.
• Coordinate maintenance around production schedules.
• Estimate labor, parts, and supplies.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records.
• Support installation and reconstruction of equipment and facilities.
• Order replacement parts and supplies.
• Continuously improve maintenance skills.

Requirements

• Associate's degree (technical) or 4+ years related experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read manuals, write reports, and communicate clearly.
• Basic math skills (algebra/geometry).
• Valid forklift license.
• ITAR compliant (U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Protected Individual).
• Must pass background check.

Physical / Work Environment

• Stand, bend, climb, and lift up to 100 lbs.
• Work near moving machinery in a loud manufacturing setting.
