HR Generalist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist with strong, hands-on knowledge of FMLA and employment law compliance. The ideal candidate will have recent experience using ADP Workforce Now and will support a wide range of HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and manage FMLA and ensure compliance with all employment laws
• Handle full-cycle recruiting, including hiring and onboarding
• Process payroll and support benefits administration and invoicing
• Provide administrative support to the VP
• Assist with general HR duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with FMLA and employment law compliance
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now within the last two years
• Ability to manage multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment
