Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

Perform refills, draining, leak checks, audits (PCS), and parts replacements based on skill level.

Maintain and update dail coolant level tracking shees to ensure proper system operation.

Complete field service report and corrective preventive maintenance within 3 days of FSR date.

Submit CPM reports to the PCS office for review and signature from PCS engineer, then return to office for scanning.

Conduct compressor vibration checks, chiller level label checks, and coolant level inspections for both Main and CU units.

Organize and maintain inventory, including tools, coolant supplies, broken parts, and storage areas.

Assist engineers in upcoming projects, such as Coolant Cap upgrades and other maintenance initiatives.
