Warehouse Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. 

This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, physically capable, and eager to work in a dynamic environment. We are willing to train the right candidate!

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently (certification preferred)
• Drive a company truck for local material transport
• Coordinate WIP movement between internal and external facilities
• Manage and track inbound/outbound shipments and product deliveries
• Pull parts and assemble kits weekly
• Stock shelves and maintain organization of the warehouse
• Perform manual labor tasks (e.g., lifting, pulling, tagging)
• Use basic computer systems (SAP or similar) for tracking and documentation
• Read and follow work orders and shipping instructions

Qualifications & Requirements:

Required:

• Valid driver's license and clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on feet for extended periods
• Ability to drive company truck for local transport if needed
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and ability to follow written directions
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and with physically demanding tasks

Preferred:

• Forklift certification
• Experience in warehouse or material handling roles
• Experience using SAP or similar systems
