Job Description:
<p>Only considering candidates with the following:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Engineering</li> <li>A minimum of 5 - 6 years of hands-on experience and Knowledge of scripting languages such as ReactJS, AngularJS, NodeJS, Vanilla JavaScript, jQuery.</li> <li>A very good knowledge on the following technologies: Web Services (JSON/XML), RESTful architectures,</li> <li>NodeJS, Backbone JS, Heroku (Cloud Application Platform).</li> <li>Strong relational database skills on any databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB etc)</li> <li>Experienced in CI/CD pipelines and deployment models using Jenkins/Hudson.</li> <li>Proficient with source code version control such as GitHub/GitLab</li> <li>Experience using Scrum, Agile modelling, and adaptive software development lifecycle.</li> </ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Work closely with project manager, QA teams and stake holders. This requires strong collaboration and communication skills.</li> <li>Participate efficiently and effectively in Quality Assurance methodologies and solutions in support of business needs.</li> <li>Adopt and contribute to best practices, standards &amp;amp; guidance, then subsequently provide coaching to team members.</li> <li>Prepares appropriate documentation from which systems and solutions are supported and maintained.</li> <li>Coordinate work assignments and plan the required training for the developer.</li> <li>Provides timely feedback on employee work performance.</li> <li>Prepares reports and updates for upper management.</li> <li>Organizes training sessions to knowledge transfer on best practices, document preparation.</li> <li>Supervises processes, JIRA tickets assignment and ensure smooth working of development activities.</li> </ul>
