Job Description:
We are Hiring Immediately for a Customer Service Representative position!

In the CSR role you will act as a key liaison between warehouse operations and customers, managing order entry, tracking shipments, and resolving inventory discrepancies to ensure efficient fulfillment. This role involves proactively monitoring order timelines, communicating potential delays to stakeholders, and maintaining accurate documentation within Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries and complaints, supporting pricing requests, preparing purchase orders and business reports, and overseeing inventory levels to ensure product availability while addressing aging stock. Strong communication, logistics expertise, and organizational skills are essential, along with contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and aligning company capabilities with customer needs.
