Job Description - A facility in Ogdensburg, NY is looking for an Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse (ICU RN) who will Provide direct patient care, administer medications, and monitor patient health in various healthcare settings. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop treatment plans, educate patients on health management, and ensure compliance with medical protocols. Maintain accurate patient records and respond to emergencies promptly. Focus on patient advocacy and delivering compassionate care to promote recovery and well-being.

Local caregivers will be accepted at a discounted rate.

Required Experience/Skills: Must have 1 year experience in ICU (Willing to look at someone with strong step-down experience); Rhythm Interpretation required.

Required Lic/Certs: New York State Nursing License; BLS, ACLS, PALS

Unit Info: 10 beds, Cardiac Monitoring, Nurse- Patient Ratio 2:1, occasionally 3:1

Charting System: Meditech

Shift: Nights (7:00 pm-7:30 am)

Duration: 13 weeks

Pay Package Breakdown

• Taxable Wages Per Hour: $38.50


• Taxable Wages Per Week: $1,386.00
