• Onsite in Bartlesville, OK

Only considering candidates with the following:

• High school diploma or GED required; technical diploma or certification preferred
• 0-2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or related field
• Basic knowledge of mechanical tools and equipment
• Willingness to learn and follow maintenance procedures and safety standards
• Familiarity with or ability to learn Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Ability to read basic technical drawings or manuals
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Basic problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Physically capable of performing hands-on maintenance work (lifting, standing, working in varied conditions)
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to completing tasks safely and on time
• Willing to participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance on assigned equipment in accordance with maintenance programs and reliability strategies
• Use Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to document work orders, parts used, labor time, and equipment history
• Follow standard work procedures and comply with Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems
• Record and track materials, supplies, and maintenance activities accurately
• Support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment turnaround time and reduce downtime
• Contribute to efforts aimed at improving maintenance efficiency and technician productivity
• Implement cost-saving projects, including planned repair and reuse of parts
• Participate in failure investigations and root cause analysis as assigned
• Adhere to TLM Product Line standards and competency requirements
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment and follow all safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members to meet operational deadlines and ensure equipment availability
