We are Hiring Immediately for a Production position!

Job Summary

The 3rd Shift Production Operator supports overnight manufacturing operations by operating equipment, performing secondary processes, and ensuring consistent product quality. This role is critical to maintaining production flow with minimal supervision and ensuring a strong transition into 1st shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and support continuous overnight operations
• Load materials and keep machines running efficiently
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections on parts
• Identify defects and remove non-conforming products
• Complete secondary tasks such as trimming, deburring, and packaging
• Track production output, scrap, and downtime accurately
• Perform basic troubleshooting and notify leads of issues
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Follow all safety procedures and work instructions
• Ensure a smooth handoff to 1st shift

Required Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work overnight shifts consistently

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Repetitive hand and arm movements
• Visual ability to inspect small components

Work Environment

• Manufacturing/production floor
• Exposure to machinery, moving parts, and industrial materials
• PPE required at all times
