Job Description:
We are Hiring Immediately for a Project Manager position in an exciting warehouse facility!

Customer Project Coordinator

Duties (frequency, task, access, team):

• Daily - Customer Project Managing (Workfront, Adobe Sign) Account Management
  
  
  
  • Setting up customer tasks from Templates
  
  
  • Adjusting due dates
  
  
  • Follow up with Bev team to ensure tasks are completed on time
  
  
  
  


• Daily - Meeting note taking and follow up notes (email) Account Management


• Daily Vendor and Customer follow up on Purchase orders arrival dates (email) Account Management & Procurement


• Daily Production calendar updates (Excel) Account Management & Procurement


• Daily Production inputs (Excel) Document Control


• 1 x weekly Sales and shipping reports (Sage, BCG Apps, & Excel) Account Management


• 1-3 x weekly Updating Customer Reports (Sage & Excel) Account Management


• 1-3 x weekly - Item and BOM creation (Sage) Procurement


• 1-3 x weekly FG Spec Sheet Review (Sage, Excel, Workfront, Sharepoint) Account Management


• 1-3 x weekly - Risk Report Management (Sage, Excel, Sharepoint) Account Management & Procurement


• 1-3 x weekly Scanning and filing (Sharepoint) Document Control

Program Needs/Access level:

• Sharepoint Same as Account Management


• WorkFront Same as Account Management


• Sage Sales and Purchasing access


• Adobe Sign Same as Account Management


• BCG Apps Sales and Scheduler view


• Outlook/Microsoft Suite

Job Requirements:
