We are seeking a Warehouse Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team and provide exceptional support to our operations. This role serves as a key liaison between the warehouse, transportation teams, and customers, ensuring smooth communication and efficient service. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding orders, shipments, and inventory inquiries
• Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
• Process customer orders, returns, and discrepancies, ensuring accurate documentation
• Maintain and update inventory records, shipping logs, and tracking systems
• Assist with resolving customer concerns by providing timely and effective solutions
• Support warehouse staff with order processing, labeling, and scheduling pickups
• Utilize Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (WMS) for data entry and reporting
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
• Perform additional administrative tasks and support operational needs as required

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, warehousing, or transportation is a strong plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with warehouse and transportation teams
