We are Hiring Immediately for a Food Production Line Lead position!

Vie De France is a premier producer of high-quality breads and baked goods, known for excellence in food production and commitment to quality. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Line Lead to join our team. This role is critical in overseeing daily operations on the production line, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in the production of our bakery products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and support a team of 5-10 production line workers in daily operations.
• Monitor workflow and assign tasks to ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
• Fill in as needed across various production areas, including mixing, baking, and the pack-out line.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by enforcing plant procedures, GMPs, and food safety protocols.
• Provide hands-on training and coaching to new and existing team members.
• Collaborate with supervisors to identify and address production issues or process improvements.
• Conduct routine checks to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of food production experience (bakery experience strongly preferred).
• Solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety regulations.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
• Excellent attendance record and work ethic.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with bakery equipment and production processes.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
