Counter Sales Associate II

Job Description:

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
Under general supervision, the associate will evaluate customer needs and provide appropriate product and service recommendations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Handling customer phone calls and counter orders
• Managing freight flow, including shipping and receiving of products
• Placing and maintaining replenishment orders
• Performing housekeeping and maintaining a clean, safe work environment
• Ensuring proper stocking of Lennox-branded and other HVAC-related products and supplies
• Assisting with unloading deliveries and products
• Communicating product features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers
• Ensuring warranties are processed accurately and in a timely manner
• Performing open and close procedures as required
• Following all safety, health, security, and environmental standards
• Completing all other store-assigned duties as needed

Equipment & Physical Requirements:

• Must have experience operating a Crown Electric sit-down forklift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience required
• Preferred: 3-5 years of customer service experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills required, including Microsoft applications
• Knowledge of HVAC systems required
