Job Description: 2nd Shift BILINGUAL ONSITE SUPERVISOR/RECRUITER
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Shift Hours: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
What You'll Do:
<ul>
 <li>Recruit, interview, and hire warehouse associates and support staff</li>
 <li>Partner with managers to understand hiring needs</li>
 <li>Build candidate pipelines through job boards, referrals, and community outreach</li>
 <li>Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientations</li>
 <li>Support employees and act as the onsite point of contact</li>
</ul>
What We're Looking For:
<ul>
 <li>Fluent in English and Spanish</li>
 <li>Previous staffing/onsite experience (warehouse or light industrial preferred)</li>
 <li>Strong people skills - you enjoy building connections</li>
 <li>Organized and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment</li>
 <li>Comfortable using Microsoft Office; ATS experience is a plus</li>
 <li>Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently onsite</li>
 <li>Comfortable with the occasional Saturday check-ins</li>
