Only considering candidates with the following:

• Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Requires at least 2 years related experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Requires a working knowledge of products and parts
• Must have developing knowledge of warranty review processes
• Ability to navigate SAP and other relevant applications

Responsibilities:

• Under general supervision, evaluates and processes warranty claims
• Supports dealers and homeowners by phone and e-mail
• Provides customer service for questions related to warranty and product registration
• Provides technical support for online tools to track warranty claims and product registration
• Reviews warranty claims
• Resolves most non-standard warranty items independently
• Refers highly unusual situations to higher authority for review and reconciliation
