Job Description: A facility in Abingdon, VA is looking for a  Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (Med Surg RN) to Provide direct patient care, administer medications, and monitor patient health in various healthcare settings. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop treatment plans, educate patients on health management, and ensure compliance with medical protocols. Maintain accurate patient records and respond to emergencies promptly. Focus on patient advocacy and delivering compassionate care to promote recovery and well-being.

Required Experience/Skills: Minimum 2 years experience

Required Lic/Certs: Virginia State Nursing License or Compact State License, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS

Shift: Rotating Nights 3x12 (6:30 pm - 7:00 am) and 4x12 (6:30 pm - 7:00 am); No Call, Rotating Weekends

Duration:  13 weeks

• Taxable Wages Per Hour: $30.00
• Taxable Wages Per Week: $1,080.00
• Non-Taxable Housing Per Week: $770.00
• Non-Taxable MI&E  Per Week: $476.00
• Estimated Gross Wages Per Week: $2,326 for 36 hours
• Estimated Gross Wages Per Hour: $64.61
