• Contract - 6 months
• Schedule: 3rd Shift: 6:30pm - 5:30am

Only considering candidates with the following:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in schematic design and panel building
• Electrical background in residential/commercial experience
• Ability to read and interpret complex schematics, ladder diagrams, and point to point drawings.
• Proficient in the use of hand tools

Responsibilities:

• Follows all policies and guidelines regarding workplace safety and product quality.
• Receives components or items for assembly and/or test in programmed sequence.
• Assembles or tests electrical components by means of sensitive hand and equipment coordination.
• Will assemble all variations of in-house standard products.
• Follows clear assembly/test instructions, e.g. color code, NEC and UL codes/standards.
• Uses simple hand or power tools along with complex jigs and fixtures.
• Enter work hours in ERP system (Currently SAP).
• Drives continuous improvement process and conducts daily housekeeping/5S audits to ensure continuous improvement activities. Maintains equipment and area in an orderly and safe condition.
• Contributes to division results and performance.
• Takes care of internal and external customer needs and expectations.
