Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls and meet service desk resolution metrics.
  • Resolve basic incidents and requests; log and escalate as needed.
  • Categorize and close service requests in a timely manner.
  • Support IDN-specific accounts; educate members one-on-one.
  • Serve as main contact for clients, coordinating with internal and external groups.
  • Foster positive member support through effective communication.
  • Ensure comprehensive member experience as a single point-of-contact.
  • Analyze and resolve software/hardware incidents.
  • Follow up with support staff for complete resolution and documentation.
  • Maintain knowledge of HPG web applications, systems, and contracts.
  • Participate in departmental projects and assist with documentation.
  • Support password and account lock-out procedures; follow IT standards.
  • Ensure confidentiality of patient and employee information.
  • Adhere to Code of Conduct and perform other duties as assigned.
