Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and meet service desk resolution metrics.
- Resolve basic incidents and requests; log and escalate as needed.
- Categorize and close service requests in a timely manner.
- Support IDN-specific accounts; educate members one-on-one.
- Serve as main contact for clients, coordinating with internal and external groups.
- Foster positive member support through effective communication.
- Ensure comprehensive member experience as a single point-of-contact.
- Analyze and resolve software/hardware incidents.
- Follow up with support staff for complete resolution and documentation.
- Maintain knowledge of HPG web applications, systems, and contracts.
- Participate in departmental projects and assist with documentation.
- Support password and account lock-out procedures; follow IT standards.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient and employee information.
- Adhere to Code of Conduct and perform other duties as assigned.
