Inside Sales Representative

Swipejobs has a great opportunity to work with our client company located in Ocala Florida

Looking for an Inside Sales Representative to help grow our business by working directly with customers and prospects. This role focuses on outbound sales activity, account growth, and customer follow-upfinding new opportunities, bringing back inactive customers, and expanding existing accounts.

If you're comfortable picking up the phone, talking with customers, and turning conversations into sales, this role offers a strong mix of relationship-building and performance-driven work.

What You'll Be Doing

Connect daily with new and existing customers via phone, email, and digital outreach

Understand customer needs and recommend the right products and services

Upsell and cross-sell to grow existing accounts

Identify and follow up on new opportunities within assigned accounts

Serve as a primary contact for customer questions, orders, and support needs

Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Meet or exceed sales and account growth goals

Track customer activity, opportunities, and follow-ups in the CRM

Share customer insights and market feedback with sales leadership

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or customer-

facing roles (B2B preferred)

Strong sales mindset with the ability to upsell and grow accounts

Confident phone and written communication skills

Organized and disciplined with follow-up and outreach schedules

Comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

Customer-focused, solution-oriented approach

Experience selling trailer, automotive, or manufactured parts preferred but not

required

College degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
