Operations Manager - Custodial

We're looking for an Operations Manager to help lead and elevate Custodial operations for one of our top clients located in the Inland Empire.

About the Role

As the Operations Manager, you'll serve as a key leader. You'll oversee daily operations, ensure service excellence, and play a critical role in coordinating events, managing teams, and maintaining high safety and performance standards. This is an onsite leadership role based at a major, high-volume transportation and logistics hub, requiring a strong operational presence and the ability to manage large-scale activity in a dynamic environment.

This is a dynamic role where no two days are the sameyou'll be at the center of operations, supporting both custodial services and event setups across multiple sites.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily operations across custodial and setup services
• Supervise and support shift supervisors, ensuring schedules and tasks are completed accurately
• Coordinate event logistics, special projects, and client requests
• Monitor team performance, conduct evaluations, and support ongoing training
• Oversee payroll processes, timekeeping, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, equipment maintenance, and operational procedures
• Act as a liaison between management, staff, and clients to ensure seamless communication

What We're Looking For

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams
• Excellent communication skills (bilingual English/Spanish)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in facilities, janitorial, or floor care
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
