Job Description:
We are Hiring Immediately for a Industrial Facilities Maintenance Coordinator position in an exciting warehouse facility!

• Manage request for repairs or improvements.
• Make sure office tools and systems work well.
• Complete cleaning schedules for building and grounds
• Restock breakroom and cleaning supplies.
• Oversee landscaping, maintenance, appliance repairs, and office furniture checks.
• Inspect exterior building conditions and signage.
• Work with additional vendors to ensure job completion.
• Complete reports on job completed.
• Approve vendor invoices for payment.

Job Requirements:
