We are Hiring Immediately for a Team Lead position!

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and support a team of warehouse associates. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure the team meets productivity, safety, and quality standards.

The Warehouse Lead will be responsible for coordinating tasks, monitoring workflow, providing hands-on support, and serving as a point of contact between team members and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, inventory, order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Assign and monitor tasks to ensure the team meets performance and productivity goals.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing warehouse staff.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and returns.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and other departments.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners as needed.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure accuracy and condition of outgoing/incoming shipments.
• Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
• Support cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Promote a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications a plus.
• 2-3 years of warehouse experience required, with at least 1 year in a leadership or lead role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse procedures, safety standards, and inventory systems.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
