• Onsite in Gaithersburg, MD
• Schedule: 8am - 5pm M-F

Only considering candidates with the following:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in a Pharmaceutical Environment
• Organization skills
• Self-starter/ Ability to be proactive
• Great communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Controls material inventories at the Gaithersburg Pilot Facility
• Regularly works on routine and other assignments that are moderately complex in nature, where judgement is required to make recommendations and resolve problems
• Works under moderate supervision
• Initiates routine tasks
• Normally receives no instructions on routine work and general instructions on new assignments
• Identifies and implements opportunities for enhanced operational excellence
• Oversee storage of bulk product
• Prepares Bulk product for shipment
• Establishes reorder points and replenishment quantities
• Ensures accuracy of material consumption in SAP
• Coordinates removal of materials from manufacturing areas before shutdown and replenishment of materials after shutdown
• Ensures warehouse production floor inventory matches the ERP system by conducting cycle counts. Investigates discrepancies
• Identifies root causes of inventory discrepancies and recommends improvements to inventory control processes
