Capital Project Analyst - Onsite

Job Description:

National Healthcare copany seeking a temporary Onsite Project Analyst for 3 months.

The Capital Project Analyst is responsible for assisting the Capital Project Team and FacilitiGroup Engineers with day-to-day activities related to managing the FacilitiGroup capital program including, but not limited to, project planning reviews, contract writing, and project set up and closing in eBuilder.

• Preparation of contracts for capital projects
• Complete project planning reviews for project funding utilizing Excel
• Initiate new projects in eBuilder
• Track processes in eBuilder and assist PMs for needed follow-up
• Sets up new users in eBuilder
• Close projects in eBuilder

EXPERIENCE:

1. High School Graduate with 3-5 years of work experience

2. Writing Skills and copy editing

3. Analytical Skills

4. Organized and detail oriented

5. Microsoft Office proficient

$ 30.00/hr
