Job Description:

Physical Therapist needed for 13 week travel position in an Outpaitient clinic in Winslow AZ. Feb 2nd start date. Day shift and can choose 8 or 10 hour shift (flexible). Must have AZ or Compact License. Mostly Ortho Cases but must be able to care for anything that comes in. May have to cover Dilon location location if coverage is needed.

Taxable wages per hour $ 46.20 OT rate: $ 68.74 First 40 hours: $ 1,848.00 Over time: $ 549.92 Housing: $ 770.00 Meals: $ 357.00 Est Total 50 hours: $ 3,524.92.
