Job Description:
We are Hiring Immediately for a Customer Service Billing Specialist position!

Billing & Productivity Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for accurate billing support, productivity tracking, and operational reporting in support of Honda warehouse operations. This role ensures labor, production, and billing data aligns with Honda and Maersk standards, supports financial accuracy, and provides leadership with reliable performance insights. The CSR plays a critical role in maintaining data integrity, customer confidence, and operational transparency.

• Support billing processes by validating operational data tied to labor, volume, and services performed
• Ensure all billable activities are accurately captured, documented, and aligned with contractual agreements
• Review data for discrepancies prior to billing submission and escalate issues as needed
• Partner with operations and finance teams to resolve billing questions or variances
• Maintain organized billing documentation to support audits and customer inquiries.
• Track daily productivity metrics including units processed, cases per hour (CPH), labor hours, and service activity
• Compile and maintain productivity reports to support operational and financial reviews
• Validate labor usage against production output to ensure accurate cost representation
• Identify productivity variances or data inconsistencies and communicate to leadership
• Maintain historical productivity records for trend analysis and forecasting
