• $20 - $21 per hour pay rate
• Full Time
• Contract
• Primarily remote but must live near Sanford FL for in office trainings
• 8am - 5pm M-F

Only considering candidates with the following:

• High school diploma required
• Associate degree or some college experience preferred
• Strong financial and accounting skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Experience with SAP preferred

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing general customer service support
• Provide part, pump, and motor price quotes to customers
• Process part and pump orders and manage order entry in the ERP-LX system
• Maintain Quote Log and Production Order Log tracking database
• Adhere to ISO9001 Customer Service Procedures and Work Instructions
• Assist with warranty claim processing
• Support credit memo and no-charge request handling
• Prepare customer communication folders
• Provide order status updates to customers as needed
• Process change orders (e.g., address, schedule date, carrier changes)
• Assist sales teams with customer support activities
• Perform export compliance tasks as required
• Help resolve accounts receivable (AR) collections and dispute resolution issues with customers
