The Quality Coordinator will monitor the HACCP, SSOP, and GMP programs implemented throughout the facility, reporting directly to the Quality Supervisor.

Contract role until 4/30/2026 with potential of conversion as full time employee based on candidate's performance and current business needs. Working hours: 2PM - 10PM

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily record reviews to ensure all quality and regulatory requirements are met.
• Conduct daily food sensory evaluations.
• Handle all quality and food safety production holds and product releases.
• Deliver food safety and food quality training for facility team members.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve issues resulting in out-of-specification products or product holds.
• Perform routine audits of HACCP documentation and processes.
• Take routine microbiological samples.
• Conduct pre-operational line inspections.
• Provide guidance to quality assurance technicians, team managers, and line lead personnel based on historical situational experiences (no direct reports).
• Routinely climb and lift up to 50 lb boxes within a multi-climate environment.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in a Quality role within a manufacturing environment
• Experience in the packaging/food products industry
• Prior HACCP experience
• Knowledge of SAP
• Understanding of FDA regulations

$ 20.50/hr
