Job Description:
We are Hiring Immediately for a Quality Control position!

The QA Lead is responsible for ensuring compliance on the production floor, ensuring all processes and specifications are being adhered to. Essential Functions and Basic Duties 1. Monitor the production process to ensure compliance with GMP regulations, Menasha's SOPs and Client's requirements. 2. Ensure first Article (retain sample) is made and present before the line start. 3. Record inspections on the Quality Supervisor Checklist. 4. Communicates quality concerns or changes that need to be implemented on line to the Quality Supervisor and Production Supervisor. 5. Perform inspections to production lines to ensure the production is being performed as per requirements. 6. Ensures lines are cleaned and line clearance forms are completed, as needed. 7. Ensures that all leftover labels are cleared from the production lines on a daily basis. 8. Monitors all lot changes to ensure compliance with the lot breakdown. 9. Coordinates with Production Supervisor line change-overs. 10. Maintains and documents Hold/Quarantine log and status updates. 11. Performs any other assigned duties as necessary. Minimum Requirements * Minimum 1 year working in a GMP environment * Minimum High School, GED, or equivalent * General Knowledge of GMP's/SOP's and FDA regulationsStart Time:12:00 AMHours:8:00am to 5:00pm
