Job Description:

Our client, a Global Pharmaceutical company in Coppell TX, is seeking Distribution Assistants for 1st shift!

Details:

• $23.50 per hour pay rate
• Full Time
• Contract
• Onsite in Coppell TX
• 1st Shift: 9am - 6pm

Only considering candidates with the following:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1-5 years of experience in a related role
• GMP experience
• Shipping and receiving experience
• Forklift certifications
• SAP experience

Responsibilities:

• Create transactions in SAP (receipts, transfers, shipments, adjustments, cycle counts)
• Conduct inventory and cycle counts of materials and items
• Stage materials for manufacturing and operate forklift, pallet jack, and drum lifter
• Review logbook entries and participate in investigations (complaints, deviations)
• Report and address process deviations
• Interact with regulatory agencies during audits
• Resolve inventory discrepancies and monitor equipment performance
• Track weekly temperature changes of warehouse monitoring devices
• Promote safe work practices and conduct weekly safety inspections
• Coordinate outbound shipments and inspect incoming shipments for completeness
• Notify personnel of incoming shipments and handle chemical sampling and transfer
• Complete SAP purchase order receipts and assist with loading/unloading
• Manage small parcel shipping (FedEx/UPS) and perform pallet inspections
• Launch TempTracers for shipment temperature monitoring
