Loan Processor (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Dulles, VA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Duration: 4-5 months, with potential for permanent hire

Corestaff is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Loan Processor to support one of our clients in Dulles, VA. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a professional lending operations team and transition into a long-term role with the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Handle administrative tasks related to loan applications and supporting documentation.
• Process compliance-related actions, consents, waivers, and loan modifications.
• Prepare and track Partial Release of Lien documentation using internal databases.
• Scan, import, and maintain records within the company's imaging and records management systems.
• Assist with the Records Room Legacy Project to ensure organized and accurate file maintenance.
• Manage multiple priorities and meet time-sensitive deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly across departments.

Qualifications:

• Must have previous experience in loan processing, financial administration, or document management.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with records management or lending databases.
