Location: Grand Prairie, TX

Pay: $20 - $24/hr DOE (with potential commission upon permanent hire)

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

About the Role

A trusted provider of high-quality safety products and personal protective equipment (PPE), is looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Grand Prairie. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a competitive market, is passionate about workplace safety, and has the motivation to build strong customer relationships while driving sales growth.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our branded PPE products to businesses, managing accounts, and prospecting for new opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively generate new business through outbound phone calls and prospecting.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing accounts while uncovering new opportunities.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend solutions that promote safety and compliance.
  • Negotiate pricing and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Overcome objections by providing creative solutions and value-based selling.
  • Upsell products and services to maximize revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 3+ years of inside sales experience (B2B strongly preferred).
  • Skills: Strong closing, negotiating, and account management skills.
  • Traits: Highly motivated, competitive, and team-oriented with a strong desire for personal achievement.
  • Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Office; excellent phone and communication skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred OR equivalent experience in a sales environment.
  • Other: Willingness to travel up to 33% within an assigned territory upon permanent hire.
