Job Description:
We are Hiring Immediately for a Supervisor position in an exciting warehouse facility! Enforce safety and sanitation regulations.
Direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in plant sanitation.
Confer with management or subordinates to resolve worker problems, complaints, or grievances
Communicate sufficiently by being able to read, speak, and write the English language with proficiency,
as well as being able to complete simple math calculations. Understands and complies with FDA, Code of Federal Regulations, 21 CFR Part 111.
Wears appropriate safety equipment and personal protective equipment. Remains alert and aware of
work operations to avoid accidents and incidents.
Follows established hygienic practices to include wearing of appropriate garments, personal hygiene,
hand washing and sanitization prior to work and at any time during working hours.
Assists with the development of Sanitation procedures and paperwork.
Must have a strong working relationship with Plant Manager and Quality Manager.
Work with the Sanitation Specialist in identifying sanitation or regulation issues in the facility.
Ensure that the facility is ready for Third Party or Customer inspections.
Manages Master Sanitation Schedule for facility.
Leads Continuous Improvement of facility sanitation.
Manages Sanitation chemical suppliers.
Manages Sanitation staff.
Ensures that all chemicals used in the plant are approved for such use and that all chemicals have
current SDS information on site.
Develop and train all steps of each plant clean-up.
Other duties as identified or assigned by Sanitation Specialist.
