Receiving Inventory Coordinator

Job Description:

The Receving Inventory Coordinator,  receives  incoming parts, materials, and finished products; inspects items; checks items   against packing lists; makes counts; and maintains records.

• Verifies that part number and quantity of parts shipped agree with the open purchase order
• Places shipments with incomplete documentation or incorrect quantities and/or part numbers on hold, and notifies responsible buyer. Includes follow-up to resolution
• Re-packaging of parts, as required,      to insure accountability of the lot within the Stockroom.
• Data entry transactions in      Purchasing and Quality modules;
• Administer Shelf Life Program, tracking expiration dates of sensitive parts, on a monthly basis.
