Only considering candidates with the following:

• 2+ years in a Quality Role within a manufacturing environment
• Experience within packaging/food products industry
• Prior HACCP experience
• Knowledge of SAP
• Understanding of FDA regulation

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily record reviews to ensure all quality and regulatory requirements are met
• Conduct daily food sensory evaluations
• Manage quality and food safety production holds and product release
• Deliver food safety and quality training to facility team members
• Partner with production to resolve out-of-specification issues and product holds
• Perform routine audits of HACCP documentation and processes
• Collect routine microbiological swab samples
• Conduct pre-operational line inspections
• Provide guidance to quality assurance technicians, team managers, and line leads (no direct reports)
• Routinely climb and lift up to 50 lb boxes in a multi-climate environment
