Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Pay Range: $15-$18/hr
Start Date: ASAP

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated, professional, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering phones, handling customer inquiries, and assisting with various tasks. This is an in-office role where you will work closely with the management team and assist with customer service and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and emails from customers.
• Provide excellent communication and customer service at all times.
• Assist with order inquiries, product availability, and general information about services offered.
• Help maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Work closely with managers to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth workflow.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times, adhering to the companys dress code.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, clean-cut appearance with a conservative style (business casual: jeans, t-shirts, and tennis shoes).
