Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Utilize process flow diagrams and expertise to execute detailed manufacturing processes under the supervision of senior MSAT staff.


• Conduct technology transfer for buffer/media production, cell thawing, culturing, harvesting, purification, and bulk filling of drug substances.


• Perform process transfers from PD Lonza or clients, adhering to GMP standards, while managing project timelines and identifying risks for senior engineers and management.


• Support new product introductions and ongoing manufacturing by troubleshooting errors, observing operations, and ensuring adherence to manufacturing records.


• Master various unit operations and process analysis techniques, progressing toward subject matter expertise in upstream or downstream processing.


• Resolve quality system deviations, focusing on process and product quality to ensure timely batch delivery and continuous improvement.


• Participate in technology transfer, oversight, and process improvement tasks with reduced supervision.


• Assist in creating bills of materials and conducting materials suitability assessments alongside junior engineers.
