We are Hiring Immediately for a Technician position!

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure reliable operation of the chocolate
manufacturing facility. This is a dynamic role in a small production environment where
the technician supports both maintenance and production operations.
Due to the size of the facility and the flexible nature of production runs, the technician
must be adaptable and capable of responding to changing production needs.
Equipment setups, product runs, and priorities may shift throughout the day, requiring
the technician to troubleshoot, adjust machinery, and support operators to keep
production running efficiently.
In addition to maintenance responsibilities, the technician operates production
machinery during production runs and may train production staff on proper machine
operation. The role works closely with production staff, Quality Assurance, and the
Maintenance Manager to support daily facility operations and maintain production and

Core Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain chocolate production and packaging equipment
Diagnose issues related to mechanical systems, electronics, controlled power
systems, and control panels
Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and maintain equipment
reliability
Operate production equipment during production runs as required
Support machine changeovers and adjustments required for different product runs
Train production staff on safe and effective machine operation
Work with QA to maintain equipment standards required for facility audits
Communicate equipment status and maintenance needs to the Maintenance Manager

Skills and Qualifications
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and hands on repair ability
Experience with electronics, controlled power systems, and machine control panels
strongly preferred
Experience with packaging systems such as pillow pack machines is a plus
Ability to adapt to a dynamic production environment with changing product runs
Ability to train and communicate with production operators
