Only considering candidates with the following:

• High School Diploma required
• BA/BS preferred
• 2 years professional experience required in Workforce/Leadership Development
• Organization skills
• Ability to support in design of learning sessions, including creation of decks for learning purposes
• Experience using Microsoft Suite, SharePoint, WebEx, and Adobe

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement leadership development strategies that align to organizational goals and talent needs
• Influence and/or own assigned program design documentation and changes
• Oversee specific program(s) assets, including: slides and speaker prep documents and content, creation of participant and stakeholder program communications as assigned by portfolio Director that build leadership capabilities in executives across the organization
• Continuously improve and evaluate effectiveness of development programs using data and feedback
• Oversee management of your assigned program budgets, resources, and vendors related to program and portfolio initiatives
