Travel Contract for Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse in Rome, NY

12 hour night shift-48 hours per week

Taxable wages per hour: $40.00

OT Rate: $80.00

Housing per Week: $770

Meal Stipend: $476 per week

Total: $3,373.67

Position Details:

A facility in Rome, NY is looking for a labor and delivery (L&D) RN. Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and Fetal Heart Monitoring (AWHONN) required. Travel experience preferred. NIH stroke certification required prior to start! Additional 8 hours of CEUs will need to be complete as part of facility orientation.

Unit Details:

• The facility has 3 L&D rooms. 6 Postpartum rooms. 2 triage rooms. 1:1 ratio. Approx 700 births per year. Must be able to perform cervical checks.
• COVID prescreen no longer required. Travelers who decline the vaccine will need a declination. If CG is vaccinated, facility will need documentation.
