Job Description:
We are Hiring Immediately for a Supervisor position!

Must be able to communicate in English. Bilingual skills would be highly preferred.

Modern Maintenance is seeking a reliable and motivated Shift Lead to oversee daily operations and support the team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, basic math proficiency, and previous supervisory experience. Forklift operation experience, particularly with four forks, is a significant plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Coordinate daily operations and maintain workflow according to company standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments.
• Perform basic math calculations relevant to daily tasks.
• Operate a four-fork forklift (preferred, but not required).
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Assist in problem-solving and decision-making to meet operational goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role (preferred).
• Basic math skills.
• Forklift operation experience (four-fork forklift preferred).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
