• $20 - $21 per hour pay rate
• Full Time
• Contract
• Onsite in Sacramento, CA
• Schedule Options: (4:00 AM - 12:30 PM, 6:00 am - 2:30, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM)

Only considering candidates with the following:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of stand-up forklift experience or 4 years of sit-down forklift experience
• Ability to operate stand-up forklifts and stand-up reach trucks
• Ability to pass computer-based safety and operational training modules
• Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment
• Ability to work overtime, including some Saturdays during peak season
• Comfortable working in hot and cold warehouse conditions
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Ability to perform physical warehouse duties beyond forklift operation
• Ability to pass onsite forklift test

Responsibilities:

• Operate stand-up forklifts and stand-up reach trucks
• Perform strapping, banding, putaway, and shipping of small parts
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and safety-first culture
• Participate in computer-based and hands-on forklift training
• Work collaboratively with warehouse team members
• Load, unload, move, and organize inventory within the warehouse
• Frequently get on and off forklifts throughout shifts
• Meet productivity and customer service expectations in a structured environment
• Work extended shifts and overtime during peak season
• Maintain punctuality and readiness for scheduled shifts
