• Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Experience in an accounting or finance related role
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• High level of initiative, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Able to work effectively with minimal supervision in an open trade floor environment
• Additional hours may be required during financial close and settlement

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of SAP
• Excellent communication skills
• Continuous improvement mindset
• CMA or CGA designation an asset

Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly balancing and reconciliations.
• Prepare invoices and customer purchase statements for settlement.
• Inter-company transactions and settlements.
• SAP journal entries, accruals, netbacks, and physical inventories tie-in.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Provide accounting support and analysis for Closing/ F&PA.
• Prepare regulatory reporting.
• Special projects related to Crude Supply and Trading.
