CNC Mill Machine Operator

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist for our client, an international oilfield services company that manufactures inflatable packers and swellable packer products.

• Location: Houston, TX 77092
• Shift: 1st Shift (6am-2:30pm)
• Pay: $23.00 - $30.00/hr. (DOE)

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints to determine specifications and tolerances.
• Set up and operate CNC mills and , ensuring precision in machining processes.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions.
• Program CNC machines using Fanuc controls software as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and adhere to quality standards.

Qualifications:

• High Diploma or GED
• Mori Seki with Fanuc controls experience
• Threading experience should include: API, Rotary shoulder connections, buttress, Stub Acme, Acme, 8 round 10 round tapered connections.
• Must have set up experience
• Ability to read and understand g-code
• Ability to read and run canned cycles
