Pastry Helper

Job Description:

Assist the pastry production team, chefs, and cooks with mixing and preparing pastry products.

Work across various stations, including but not limited to fruit cutting, economy packing, juice

preparation, basket assembly, plating, and food assembly.

Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations as outlined in the Food Safety

Management System Handbook.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation to uphold sanitation standards.

Uphold standards while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Promptly report any food safety concerns to the manager and the hygiene and food safety team.

Support additional tasks as assigned to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
