Job Description:
We are Hiring Immediately for a Project Manager position!

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise      and support a team of customer-facing personnel, ensuring adherence to      performance expectations and protocols.
• Assist      with staffing, shift assignments, and scheduling.
• Deliver      coaching and feedback in real time to promote excellent customer service.
• Act      as an escalation point for challenging customer service situations.
• Foster      a professional, positive team environment aligned with airport service      values.
• Perform      daily reports and provide input for continuous service improvement.

Requirements:

• High      school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree      preferred.
• 3+      years of customer service or hospitality experience, including supervisory      or lead experience.
• Experience      working in an airport setting
• Strong      leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Availability      to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, late evenings,      weekends, and holidays.
• Ability      to stand or walk for extended periods and move throughout the airport as      needed.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity      with airport operations and protocols.
• Training      or coaching experience in a high-volume service setting.
• Multilingual      ability and cultural competency.
