Performs precision hand soldering and assembly of electronic components by interpreting technical drawings

and adhering to IPC quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Perform assigned assembly tasks with precision and adherence to IPC standards.

Use hand tools and basic equipment to solder, wire, and connect components

Review and interpret bills of materials, drawings, and written work instructions to complete tasks

accurately.

Follow prescribed assembly sequences and procedures

Follow work orders and production schedules

Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.

Report quality data to the quality department for analysis.

Actively contribute to a positive and proactive work atmosphere.

Assist supervisors as required.

Requirements:

2+ years of related electronics assembly experience.

Familiarity with IPC 610 and 620 inspection criteria.

Positive attitude and a proactive approach to work.

Good teamwork and communication skills.

Must be able to work well with both colleagues and management.

Pluses: Experience with Surface Mount Technology (SMT) equipment, IPC 610 and 620 Certifications,

Rework experience, Wave solder operation experience, and familiarity with ISO 9001 quality standards.

Familiarity with AS9100

Familiarity with 6S principles
