Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils quickly and efficiently.
• Follow instructions and keep things running smoothly in the kitchen during the race.
• Stay organized in a high-pressure environment and work as part of a team to keep everything clean and running on time.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area throughout the event.

Requirements:

• Ability to follow directions and work fast during the hustle and bustle of race day.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, walk, lift, and stand for long periods.
• Must be able to maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance.
• Dress code: black pants, black long-sleeve collared shirt, black slip-resistant shoes.
• No jewelry, heavy makeup, or false eyelashes (for safety and hygiene).
