Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) are responsible for administering prescribed medications to patients, monitoring vital signs, and providing basic care under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient safety and comfort are essential for success in this role.
