Job Description:
We are Hiring Immediately for a Line Lead 2nd shift position!

Oversee manufacturing activities within their department. Manage production assembly lines. Assist teams to complete orders and prepare reports. The Production Lead I responsibility is to maintain production rates to the highest. Ensuring that all finished goods meet customer's specifications, GMPS and internal SOPs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Make sure Quality Leaders are at the lines and ready to work 15 minutes before shift starts. * Make sure Line workers are at the lines and ready to work 5 minutes before shift starts. * Follow production schedule provided by planning department. * Plan ahead new jobs as per schedule * Obtain documentation from Production Coordinator and ensure the BOM and specs are correct for the new job. * Review First Article ahead of time. * Assign lines to Quality Leaders ahead of time. * Review samples of new jobs made by QL. * Communicate with previous shift to have QLS assigned to lines up on the production screen on daily basis. * Communicate with previous shift about any changes or updates before shift starts. *
